Introduction
By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. This Agreement functions as a Non-Disclosure Agreement under New Jersey law. Continued use, including scrolling or clicking “I Agree,” constitutes your electronic signature. If you do not agree, exit immediately. Flagship Services LLC owns all intellectual property related to the Centurion One Sky Master Suite modifications (the “Modifications”).
Description of Confidential Information
The Modifications include: (a) a fixed queen berth (82 x 64 inches) integrated into the aft cabin; (b) a full-height solid walnut door with hydraulic closure; (c) an acoustic shell achieving 35 dB noise reduction at FL410; (d) a forward-balanced 1,800 lb surround sound array for weight-and-balance compliance; (e) a mid-cabin Play zone with seamless OLED screen wall and leather bench seating. All information on the Site is confidential and proprietary.
Your Obligations
Non-Disclosure: You will not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Site information without prior written consent. Non-Use: You will not use the information for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial review and evaluation. Unauthorized disclosure or use may cause irreparable harm, and Flagship Services LLC may seek injunctive relief, monetary damages (including lost profits), and attorney fees.
Intellectual Property Rights
Flagship Services LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the Modifications, including patents pending, trade secrets protected under the New Jersey Trade Secrets Act (N.J.S.A. 56:15-1 et seq.), and copyrights on technical drawings, specifications, and designs. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or commercialize the Modifications is prohibited.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Acceptance
